11 Months old

Keeper's 11 months as of yesterday. She's been here 4 weeks. We're working on crate games (two feet in), and targeting a lid (she thinks it's silly, but anything for a bit of hot dog). Since she's figured out how to bump doors open, I'm hoping to add "shut the bathroom door" to her repertoire soon.

We went to a new parking lot yesterday, then doodled around working on loose leash and attention and sits. She did well, and was much better when we left than when we got there. She heard sirens, semis, and motorcycles go by. We'll probably hit that parking lot again.

She's met the neighbor and his high school aged girls on our front porch. She's not as sure of people on the porch with Sunny and Twist barking just the other side of the glass door, but once Duncan approves of them, she warms right up. Interesting to see how much the pack effects her.

She's finally catching food that's thrown at her. Maybe one out of twenty throws, but she's getting the concept. It's still hilarious when it bounces right off of her nose or lips, but we're getting there.

Duncan and Keeper, bathroom escorts. I will never pee lonely again.
