What the gang's been up to.

We've been working on our group stays, trying to get ahead of the game for Christmas photos. Also, trying to get photos of 13 year, 10+ month old Ocho. He's our record holder for oldest male English Setter. Our next-oldest male was 12 when he passed on. Ocho's also our second oldest Setter, ever. Time's probably short with him, as he's had a few strokes, and a couple seizures, and he's having trouble shaking an infection.

L-R: Sunny, Twist, Duncan, Keeper, Ocho.
Sunny and Twist continue to be happy-go-lucky house dogs, without too much new to report because they're not on my training roster. They do make for some amusing photos, though.

Hello, would you like to play?

I am feeling good and would like to play!

(Twist let loose a HUGE play-growl and launched at Ocho, scaring Sunny)

Ocho wasn't so happy to play tackle. I had to rescue him.

Twist turned her attention to Sunny.

And then went to run laps in the yard. This is why we have almost no grass.
